Q: What is your service area?
A:
We currently service Southern New Hampshire but will travel beyond this with a mileage charge in some cases.
Q: What is the basic rate for your services?
A:
As of 6/1/09, the cost is $20/hour for most things except conversation only which is $18/hour and simple overnights without all the other services noted here are $15/hr. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please inquire when you call or write us.
Q: Do you charge for mileage?
A:
We do not charge for mileage for travel to/from a client site in the Milford, Amherst, Nashua, Merrimack, Bedford, or Peterboro NH areas. Outside of these areas, we do charge mileage if the job is for less than 3 hours per visit. Jobs that entail transporting a client from his/her home to/from other locations will be billed at $17/hour plus mileage. However, we do NOT charge this mileage fee when using the client's car provided the client's car is fully insured.
Q: What is the longest period of time you will book for a single service?
A:
Generally speaking, up to 12 hours. However, in addition to the charges noted above, the client must pay for reasonable meals for the provider when away from client's home for more than 5 hours. Overnight trips away from the client's home can be accommodated at the provider's discretion but the provider's room and board must be paid by the client as well.
Q: What days is your service available?
A:
Generally speaking we are available Mon. through Fri. from 10am - 6pm but can make exceptions to these hours and days.
Q: Will you accept any client?
A:
We reserve the right to choose which clients we will accept. The safety, capabilities, and availability of our providers is always a concern.We are not medical providers but will contact medical personnel in the event of an emergency.
